It is intended to be used as an aid in the determination of serological status to measles virus. The test has to be performed on the LIAISON® analyzer family.

LIAISON® Mumps IgG

The LIAISON® Mumps IgG assay uses chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) technology for the semi-quantitative determination of specific IgG antibodies to mumps virus in human serum or plasma samples. LIAISON® XL MUREX Chagas

L’uso della sierologia è estremamente importante nella diagnosi di malattie in pazienti immunosoppressi e trapiantati, quando la determinazione dello stato immunitario risulta essere fondamentale; in questi pazienti, la sierologia infettiva può anche essere di aiuto per monitorare il decorso della malattia durante la terapia immunosoppressiva.
Altri marker sierologici (anticorpi contro VZV, Treponema pallidum, morbillo e parotite e molti altri) sono di fondamentale importanza per un’accurata diagnosi.
