Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

Works alongside the team kit assemblers while guiding the work flow. Determines break structure, compliance, and ensures objectives for each day are met in a timely manner. Completes kit assembly activities with a working knowledge of cGMP requirements, to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Set up and operate assembly equipment to produce work in process and finished components. Coordinate workload and direct Kit Assembly team members adequately to ensure that the assembly and support processes are completed according to standard operating procedures and in sequence with the demand schedule. Complete and review manufacturing and assembly activities with a working knowledge of GMP requirements, to ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Direct activities and personnel during shift operations.
• Work with Supervisor to coordinate daily workload to ensure completion of kits and other indirect activities in a timely manner.
• Accurately and neatly complete and review work order documentation in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents.
• Provide support and assist team members in daily activities such as cleaning, pulling work orders, set-up

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

High School Certificate
Kit Packing, Assembly, Packaging Automaton

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fasted paced environment using strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Technical Competencies

A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required; 2-year Associate’s Degree in Packaging Automation highly desirable
