Your Mission

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities

We have a need for a Vice President, Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. immuno marketing strategy to achieve our financial plans. You will also be responsible for leading the Commercial Excellence team (Training, SFDC, Marketing Communications) to the execution of the strategy. Your efforts will ensure our products thrive in the market and positively impact patient outcomes while you drive the U.S. funnel from product inception to product retirement.

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

Master’s Degree
Post graduate Marketing qualification, M.B.A. or Graduate qualification in Business or Technology is preferred

Showcase your relationship building skills as lead the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization. Your ability to provide product development input, both in the U.S. and to the Corporate Marketing group will be beneficial. Your energetic nature will come in handy as you oversee Product Launches, Project Portfolio Strategies and Lifecycle Management. Technical Competencies

• Post graduate Marketing qualification, M.B.A. or Graduate qualification in Business or Technology is preferred
• Educational background with a focus on both science and business
• Experience in a management or strategic role in IVD, laboratory, clinical or academic organization with experience related to diagnostic testing is desired
• Ongoing and developed relationships with appropriate professional societies, e.g.: CAP, AACC, ASCLES, ESA, IDSA


• Strategic and tactical dimension and capabilities
• Experience aligning pricing strategy and using market knowledge and research
• Knowledge of the in-vitro diagnostics market, the products, the competitors, major customers and the healthcare environment
• Travel: Up to 50% as required
