Job Scope

Your Mission

The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for analyzing training needs, identifying training programs to address competency gaps, and coordinating training for employees. The Specialist will recommend, develop and execute state-of-the-art training programs. In addition, this position will apply assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the training and report results. The Specialist will assist in the development and facilitation of various developmental trainings.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching
  • Conduct training assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need addressing
  • Establish and monitor all key training metrics and competency-level performance indicators
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement efforts
  • Map out training plans, retain and control all signed training forms and training matrix.
  • Research industry models regarding succession planning, accountability matrixes, employee engagement, reward systems, recruiting, and retention
  • Drive development of e-learning and Learning Management Systems

5 - 8 years Training experience
Prior demonstrated experience developing and implementing e-learning courses

Technical Competencies

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
