Job Scope

Your Mission

Manage assigned reference laboratories to increase testing volume, revenue and expand assay
utilization, while maintaining profitability consistent with corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

Key Responsibilities

Contact and visit named accounts which are critical to the organization.
50% travel to visit both corporate and field sites

Main relationship manager for the account at the executive and scientific level
Maintain regular contact with customers (at all levels) to ensure satisfaction and develop lasting business relationships

-Perform sales activities for assigned strategic accounts for DiaSorin businesses
-Maintenance of a holistic sales funnel for immunoassay product line
-Identify, develop and execute sales objectives and strategies designed to enhance revenue
growth and meet customer needs.
-Work with cross-functional teams at DiaSorin to provide ongoing customer support and satisfaction.
-Provide leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams at DiaSorin to deliver customers quick issue resolution.
-Maintain technical knowledge of all products and systems to facilitate sales efforts.
-Attend Trade Shows and Training Sessions as required.

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

Bachelor’s Degree

BS in science, business administration or related field. Advanced degree desirable.


5-7 years of complex selling experience
Knowledge of Laboratory Systems and technologies including IFA, ELISA, RIA, and CLIA.
Ability to communicate effectively with high level VP’s, CFO’s and Directors to sell DiaSorin products and Systems.
Proficient in the preparation and delivery of materials such as reports, presentations and proposals.
Proficient in developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with customers fromthe Laboratory to C-Suite.
Knowledge of the budgeting process and business model in large laboratories and how they make technology and buying decisions.
Problem solving skills so as to diagnose and resolve technical and pricing issues.
Strong communication and customer management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of Laboratory Systems and technologies including IFA, ELISA, RIA, and CLIA.


Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
