For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

DiaSorin Molecular, LLC is headquarted in Cypress, CA. Our technology enables diagnosis of disease by detecting specific RNA and DNA sequences. We focus on design, development and cGMP Manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

We have a need for a Sr. Manager, Planning and Sourcing.  You will lead the planning an inventory management team. Maximize your deep understanding of the sales and operations planning cycle, while building our processes.  Confidence is key as you connect with vendors, suppliers and navigate conversations with leadership.. What will you do?

Leverage your knowledge and maximize your skillset as you manage the demand planning and strategic sourcing teams.   This role will be responsible for allocation of responsibilities amongst the team, collaboration in complex negotiations, motivation and retention, resource provision, talent development, process improvement, and performance management.

Bachelor’s Degree

What will you bring to the table?

-Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree a plus. 
-Previous work experience with MRP or similar high end ERP system is also required. 
-7 plus years’ experience in manufacturing and demand planning, plus inventory management
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processing operations, IVD and Lab Services industry preferred
-Knowledge of MRPII techniques and ERP systems
-Minimum 7 years’ experience using MRPII, Demand Management, and Manufacturing.
-Execution Systems (MES) and ERP systems,
-Minimum 7 years’ experience with data entry and PC software including MS Word and MS Excel
-Experience in design and deployment of Sales and Operations Processes
-Minimum 5 years direct managerial experience required
