For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

We have a need for a Regional Sales Director who will be responsible for managing a regional field sales organization to achieve and exceed sales goals in all market segments. The company’s product portfolio features a unique, comprehensive menu of infectious disease products and services inclusive of esoteric referral testing services and esoteric diagnostic products. Your efforts will ensure our tests thrive in the market and positively impact patient outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science from four-year college or university. Master's in related field preferred
Experience

Showcase your relationship building skills as you work to uncover and present unique solutions (clinical, operational and financial) that will win new hospital business. Your ability to identify new sales opportunities through in-depth market and customer understanding will be beneficial to your success. Your energetic nature will come in handy as you grow the DiaSorin test menu on existing instruments within your territory. Technical Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science from four-year college or university. Master's in related field preferred
• 3-5 years of sales management or like experience with proven successful track record of managing a field sales organization on a national, area or regional scope
• Experience negotiating contracts with hospitals, health systems and commercial laboratories
• Ability to work in a regulated environment

Skills

• Strategic planning and organizational skills
• Experience in dealing with senior level healthcare executives
• Technically sound understanding of immunology, microbiology & molecular diagnostics
• Love of travel and a valid driver’s license in good standing
