Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

What will you do?

Bring your scientific skills to DiaSorin where you will work in conjunction with Product Development in the creation of all documentation for LIAISON® Reagent Manufacturing and Quality Control for new products. You love aiding in the creation of part numbers and routings and manufacturing new internal controls for products. You’ll enjoy developing your career as you service on core teams for assigned development projects.

What will you bring to the table?

-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology or related science field preferred
-Related lab or lab software experience in the in-vitro diagnostic industry is preferred
-Comprehensive understanding of immunology and immunoassay technology and systems
-Knowledge and practice of Statistical Analysis and Reporting Methods
-Functional knowledge of lab and manufacturing equipment and processes

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology or related science field or a 2 year degree (i.e. MLT) with equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in a field directly related to the work
  • 3+ years of related laboratory experience or demonstrated competence within the in-vitro diagnostic industry
Technical Competencies
  • Comprehensive understanding of immunology and immunoassay technology and systems
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting methods
  • Working knowledge of general lab equipment (e.g. pH meter, balances, mixers, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to train team members on basic group procedures and mentor team members in higher level skill
