Job Scope

Your Mission

Is responsible for bringing DiaSorin’s Core Laboratory products and Systems in the national market, planning sales and market trends, searching for new sales opportunities and supporting sales activities. Is responsible for strategies and communication plans and to grant the highest possible sales and market growth rate, EBITDA as well. Is responsible for internal and external product and system education, Key Opinion Leader relationships and management of DiaSorin's Brand Image

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

• Acquiring and sharing knowledge about the products and systems to be launched;
• Assessing the market and product fits to the commercial environment;
• Analyzing market segments and competition, developing market-oriented business strategies;
• Discussing and reviewing sales plans together with other managers;
• Organizing and managing workshop and events related to the Clinical and Diagnostic Areas;
• Integrating his lines of business;
• Visiting customers and Key Opinion Leaders to understand the market, competitors and technologies;
• Studying product needs, diseases and treatments with a present or future impact on the diagnostic market;
• Driving the sales and marketing plans implementation as well as the Demand Plan;
• Understanding the application of Quality Policies in daily activities;
• Maintaining vigilance to ensure adherence to Quality Policies and system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to Management;
• Exhibiting an overall Commitment towards Employee Health & Safety by following the required training;
•Following procedures and Company values;
• Supporting the Salesforce in creating and spreading DiaSorin’s Value Proposition;

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

Bachelor’s Degree
Science, Medicine Economics, Biological Sciences Engineering

>2 years experience in Sales within the diagnostic field

Technical Competencies

• Knows in detail the DiaSorin systems, products, technologies and competitive instruments and products;
• Knows how to operate standard and advanced software packages with regard to word processing and spreadsheet applications plus other IT systems;
• Competency and fluency in Health Economics are appreciated;
