Sales Key mission is to make customer demand match the products & services the company currently offers. Sales activities are focused on maximizing the company value proposition in the different market segments and geographies, and on achieving revenue & volume objectives.

Both functions Sales & Marketing are critical to ensure the correct Diasorin positioning as the “specialist” company in the in vitro diagnostics market, and to optimize customer experience.

Marketing

Marketing Key mission is to identify customer needs and create products & services to fulfill those needs. Focus is on generating customer value through best-in-class product portfolio management, brand identity, and market development programs.

After Market Service

After Market Service Department is a network of DiaSorin professionals, focused on Technical and Application Service for the Customer. The Customer Service division develops around qualified service centers, capable of operating both remotely and at the customer Laboratory premises, maximizing equipment performance and minimizing their down time, thanks to advanced troubleshooting systems. A professional logistics service distributes real-time original spare parts throughout the world. Competence, enthusiasm and passion drive its daily mission.

Research and Development

Research and Development department is in charge of coordinating and developing strategies, programs and activities concerning new products and constantly improving those already existing, respecting the Company’s development schedule in accordance with the global strategy approved by General Management. Moreover, Research and Development department coordinates and runs all the initiatives aimed at maximizing the qualitative standards of Clinical Research and Product Development implementing the Company’s plans.

Operations

Operations management supervises the whole production cycle of each Industrial System of the DiaSorin Group, from orders to products supply, ensuring the complete implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and methods set and approved by General Management. Operations management is in charge of achieving productivity and profitability targets.

Quality

Quality and Regulatory Affairs department supervises the Quality System Management in all the operating areas, ensuring full implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and methods set and approved by General Management. It ensures and promotes high quality standards to meet customer requirements and IVD mandatory requirements.

Finance & ICT

Finance main responsibilities are: prepare financial accounts ensuring compliance to laws and regulations, manage cash flow, assure tax compliance and support business decisions via ad hoc analysis and formalized managerial reporting. ICT main goal is to provide the best technological infrastructure that match the needs of the business.

Human Resources

Human Resources Function aims to inspire Excellence in Leadership, People’s Strengths and Competencies, driving the cultural change through the Organization for implementing the Company strategies.

Investor Relations and Corporate Communication

Represents the Group in front of the financial community worldwide and manages all the communication aspects regarding the Corporate identity. Its task is to enable the most effective two-way communication between DiaSorin and all the stakeholders about the value of the Group, its plans, strategy, mission and positioning.
