Your Mission

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

We have a need for a Manufacturing Supervisor. You will lead a driven team and use your excellent communication skills to connect with many other departments from Planning to Kit Packing and others. Bring your technical expertise in Manufacturing technology, cGMP, and training others. Your leadership skills will be instrumental as you schedule activities, communicate and lead a team of associates.

What will you do?

Showcase your great Technical skills at DiaSorin. We are impressed by those that are self-driven and have a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of material processing, reagent formulation, technical manufacturing, in-process, and quality control of reagents will be valuable in this role. Bring your strong attention to detail as you problem solve complex work assignments. Knowledge of SAP and/or LIM is a plus.

Technical Competencies

What will you bring to the table?

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific discipline, Master’s preferred
• Relevant lab experience within In Vitro Diagnostics
• Experience in a Senior or Supervisory role

Skills

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Knowledge and practice of statistical analysis and reporting methods
• Comprehensive understanding of immunology and immunoassay technology and systems
• Understanding of Quality Control and Manufacturing Techniques
