Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

Setup and operate automated assembly equipment to produce work in process and finished components.

Assembly, packaging automation
  1. Follow all DiaSorin safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Follow standard operating procedures to operate various pieces of automated packaging equipment.
  3. Troubleshoot problems and partner with Engineering Technician / Production Engineering to resolve issues
  4. Calibrate and adjust processing equipment to meet required specifications per production run.
  5. Perform change overs and end of run cleaning including disassembly and reassembly of necessary equipment.
  6. Monitor and order equipment supplies
  7. Be responsible for executing all required DiaSorin quality processes and documentation
  8. Lead Continuous Improvement Teams and facilitate meetings as necessary to improve line efficiency, etc.
  9. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in equipment operation

  10. Assists in training new employees

  11. Attend meetings and trainings

  12. Perform additional related tasks as assigned (validation execution, equipment preventative maintenance).

Technical Competencies

A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required; 2-year Associate’s Degree in Packaging Automation highly desirable


Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fasted paced environment using strong work ethic and attention to detail.
