Each installation of LIAISON® XLine is designed to achieve the maximum efficiency according to the individual laboratory needs and within the available space. One configuration could include several modules of the same type depending on laboratory workload and due to its modularity it can be fitted to various floor plans.

Fully graphical, easy to navigate user interface for controlling the conveyor system and different automation modules.
ES Sample Module
The Sample Module is a fully automated sample input and sorter module. The modules manage a wide mix of sample tubes detecting automatically if the tube has cap or not. Storage exit racks can be used as validation area where samples can be retrieved e.g. for additional testing.
Decapper Flex Module
Decapper Flex manages a wide range of primary tubes by identifying the tube height and diameter. The tube cap is removed and dropped into the waste container.
The centrifuge automates loading, balancing and unloading of the centrifuge racks.
LIAISON® XL bypass Module
LIAISON® XL is capable of direct track aspirating (Point in Space). After sampling, the tube is released to the main conveyor.
The buffer functions either as location for samples waiting for validation or a storage area for empty carriers.
Conveyors & Multitube Carrier
The dual lane conveyor transfers tubes from module to module. Different size and configuration are available.
LIAISON® XLine improves safety and efficiencyof Immunology laboratories. The labor-intensive pre-analytical activities, such as centrifugation, decapping and sorting are automated and managed through the DiaSorin Workcell.
The Middleware software - DiaLink 3000 - allows integrated functionality for managing the whole workcell in one centralized user interface. Route definition is simple and gives flexibility to optimize the workflow.
