DiaSorin Molecular, LLC is headquartered in Cypress, California. Our technology enables diagnosis of disease by detecting specific RNA and DNA sequences. We focus on design, development and cGMP Manufacturing.

A Brief Overview
The Human Resource Assistant will provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources, leadership team and senior staff. This role will work directly with our HRBP/Manager to support the organization through record keeping, coordination support, and facilitating other Human Resource processes.

• Ensure that background checks and I-9s are completed on all new hires and review any results for any concerns and works them to completion
• Assists with orientation and onboarding activities as needed
• Assists with uploading employment handbook updates to Agile to ensure compliance
• Files documents into appropriate employee files
• Assists with drafting employment contracts as required
• Sets up check request and new vendor set up for candidates’ reimbursements as needed Assists with setting up phone interviews as well as conducting phone screens for candidates as needed
• Assists with processing of terminations
• Process mail
• Assists with Management of Executive agendas and activities
• Provide administrative support to local and visiting executives and directors
• Assists with preparation of new employee files
• Internal and external meeting management (including luncheons and scheduling interviews)
• Conference management (all employees)
• Point of contact for executive assistants in Cypress – coordinates calendars and schedules
• Prepares slides, letters, memos as required
• File, fax and mail management including FedEx shipments for office

Technical Competencies

• Order and monitor stock of office supplies
• Greet guests, answer the phone and track employees for urgent calls
• Assist new hires and guests with building access badges and parking validation management
• Maintain the reception area
• Manages the local office phone list(s)
• Provide support for facilities maintenance issues and correspondence with the building management
• Arrange travel, accommodation and meals for Executives and visitors

Skills

• Strong computer skills – all software applications including Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point (High proficiency)
• Knowledge of and ability to operate standard office equipment (High proficiency)
• Excellent interpersonal skills – good communicator, written and oral, with people inside and outside the company in a professional and positive manner (High proficiency)
• Initiative and judgment and ability to work independently with little supervision (High proficiency)
