Your Mission

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator who will be responsible for the data entry of TRUST (Success Factors), of promotions, demotions, transfers and many other valuable entry points. Your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will make you indispensable to our team. You’ll be the key to enhancing the customer’s experience and branding DiaSorin as an employer of choice.

Showcase your troubleshooting skills at DiaSorin as you resolve problems and help shape processes for the future. Your ability to partner with Talent Acquisition, Corporate colleagues as well as HR Business Partners will come in handy as you run important reports for each unit and support the team with HR tasks. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your skills as you work on company projects and initiatives.

Technical Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience is preferred
• 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships) is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally interact with all areas of the business
• Ability to connect using your quality written and verbal communication skills

Skills

• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures is a plus
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• HRIS experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
