Job Scope

Your Mission

In this highly visible role, you will help create the PMO for DiaSorin, Inc. You will be a true strategic partner to the business as you lead business, product and technology transformation initiatives. You will work with all levels and cross-functional work streams across the company to deliver results on DiaSorin’s key initiatives, to improve critical business processes and to achieve strategic objectives with a sense of urgency.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

Lead initiatives, programs, and projects focused on driving business outcomes by building the PMO at DiaSorin.
Help drive change management across the company through ‘game changing’ initiatives and projects that push boundaries and create new ways in which we accomplish our targets.
Utilize strong Program Management methodologies across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions critical to our success.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand, track, and mitigate risks.
Track and report achievements and challenges, and communicate progress on regularly defined intervals to internal management.
Develop executive-level relationships with key members of the leadership team and influence key project stakeholders, local and international, to support their delivery of critical initiatives.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable's, and measure outcomes. Develop full-scale project plans for both technical and business process functions in doing so.

Experience

7+ years of management consulting, corporate development or program or project manager; including 3 years in an FDA regulated environment.
Bachelor’s Degree and PMP Certification.
Positive, energetic attitude to achieve great things
Experience with change management
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Agile tools

Technical Competencies

Ability to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders

Skills

Proven communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings articulating complex concepts
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Agile tools

Fluent spoken and written English
