Participate in the development of strategic plans and translate them into HR strategic and operational plans.
Champion and monitor workforce plans and, in conjunction with Finance, own labor cost oversight and delivery against plan.
Evaluate and advise leadership regarding new programs as they relate to attraction, engagement/motivation, development and retention of people in the Molecular team.
Offer thought leadership regarding organization and people strategy, execution and change/ transformation programs.
Coordinate and ‘own’ activities to identify and develop internal talent. Design and influence career development paths in collaboration with management and Reward.
Identify and improve how HR can drive and enhance business results in a quantifiable way, to include:

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility
Partners with others in the Human Resources function and Molecular business leaders to identify prioritize and build organization capability and cultural behaviors consistent with DiaSorin’s overall plans and vision.
Builds strong relationships with the Corporate and Regional HR teams to facilitate communication and alignment.
Implements and manages systems, processes and policies which ensure proactive, compliant and efficient HR operational delivery.
Responsible for performing assigned tasks in accordance with applicable Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and Company EHS policies. Violations of EHS regulations or policies will be handled in accordance with the established Company disciplinary process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide day-to-day leadership and work direction to one HR Business Partner within Molecular in the Cypress location. Responsible for enforcing all EHS policies in their span of control.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; prefer Master’s degree in Human Resources or business.
8+ years of progressively higher experience in HR business facing roles with demonstrated capability in HR leadership positions. Background in talent management, human capital, organization transformation, leadership development, advising and consulting and leading Human Resources in a growth environment is preferred.
Work experience in biotech, med device or related industries with exposure to both manufacturing and commercial businesses is a plus.
Experience with a global multinational.
Experienced coach, mentor and advisor.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences at all levels.
Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and one who values diversity of background, thought and perspective.
Broad business acumen and understand the business – can ‘speak the language’.
A proven HR leader with strong results orientation, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done.
