Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

•    Sales management function for direct business including management of sales team, ownership of consolidated sales funnel, development of annual sales plan, analysis and forecasting of sales revenue per company requirements
•    Directs the Canada Service Manager in field support of instruments and products throughout the country
•    Distributor management, oversight, forecasting of business
•    Lead key market development programs for future product areas 
•    Establish a country marketing program and marketing plan in collaboration with the VP/Director of Marketing
•    Work with team to build DiaSorin brand in the Canadian market 
•    Develop the Canadian team to maintain, and expand relationships with customers from the laboratory to the C-suite
•    Oversight responsibility for CRM content management and sales funnel management
•    Provide leadership and collaboration across all functions to deliver customer satisfaction
•    Direct and approve planning and execution of trade show presence, customer education, sales roadshows, and customer training
•    Prepare, direct and lead business reviews, sales meetings and service meetings for Canada

Experience

•    5-7 years Sales Management or Commercial Management experience within the Canadian Healthcare industry
•    Proven track record in sales, business development, sales management, service management in Health Care
•    Pricing management and lab operations
•    Presentations to Executive level customers and Senior Management (internal)
