Job Scope

Your Mission

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics. We are looking for a CSR who has a passion for providing efficient, accurate and quality customer service to our customers.

Bring your great customer service skills to DiaSorin. You will use your ability to manage time efficiently and meet personal goals to build the foundation of a great career. A great Customer Service Representative has exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a sparkling personality. Your communication skills will help you excel on your email and phone communications with customers and colleagues. Your ability to ensure our customer receives their merchandise in a timely manner will impact patient’s lives. You will be energized collaborating with an amazing cross-functional team as you work towards a common goal.

• Minimum of 1 year previous customer services experience is strongly preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant)
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Demonstrates great problem solving
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, 10-key experience, typing 40+ wpm
• Basic Math skills

Technical Competencies

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in QAD/Oracle system preferred, but not required
