For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

We are looking for an experienced Customer Contracts Specialist, with the ability to navigate a dynamic environment.   Leverage your government contract experience as you partner with our legal and commercial teams. 

What will you do?

Manage the end-to-end contract process and ensure compliance for our assigned contracts. As you act as a key point of contact for proposals and contracts, you will also provide support for the US RFP and Bid processes.

What will you bring to the table?

-At least 5 years in Customer service or Customer support role
-Government contract experience (federal and local) required
-Experience with integrated ERP system – SAP experience preferred
-Experience in healthcare industry preferred
-Customer-focused experience
-Experience with contract review and interpretation of key terms and requirements
-Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality re: Customers, contract terms, pricing, etc.
-Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly in Excel
-Proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets
-Proficient with DocuSign/SpringCM
-Proficient with Salesforce
-Proficient in SAP data management
-Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail
-Proven ability analyze a problem or process, identify potential solution(s), and implement -
solution(s) to their conclusion
