Job Scope

Your Mission

Corporate IFRS & Consolidation Supervisor is involved in the consolidation of the Group financial statements and in the preparation of reports that highlight business finances and forecasts. He/She is also involved in the minute details review of financial reports in order to ensure Company related general ledger accounts and financial statements are in compliance with IFRS

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions
  • Preparing periodic financial reports
  • Supporting subsidiaries with accounting matters
  • Provide requested information & external/internal audit support
  • Ensuring compliance to IFRS and group regulations
  • Resolving accounting problems and provide accounting guidance
  • Managing financial statements for annual, quarterly periods and month-end closings
  • Collaborating in the presentation for the board of Directors and investors.

Education
Bachelor Economics degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
Specialization
Meaningful experience gained working within reporting/auditing areas in listed company and/or in particular in the big 4
Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years job experience (better with a financial consolidation application).

Technical Competencies
  • Strong technical IFRS GAAP accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of best practices in internal controls
  • SAP/HFM/FCCS knowledge preferred
Skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Sharp on details
  • Strong PC skills (excel. PPT)
  • Ability to manage time, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and adapt to changing requirements
  • Professional approach to successfully interact with colleagues / external suppliers/management
Languages
Fluent spoken and written english. Fluency in a second European language is a plus
