Job Scope
Responsible at Corporate level for:
- Managing product lifecycle for the product lines under own responsibility, supporting both in field and internal activities.
- Carrying out educational activities to support field teams and customers
- Monitoring and analyzing the market environment, including market evolution, competitor activities & benchmarking, new product introductions.
- Plan and execute marketing programs for the lines of responsibility applying well defined value proposition
Main Responsibilities
-Develop, promote the product line of responsibility and track progress of activities
- Apply detailed knowledge of the products to provide assistance and direction to internal and external company teams
- Be always informed of latest developments related to the product line domain, market and competition
- Monitor and analyze product line market (volume, mix, average price & studies/comparison with competitors) and marketing satisfaction taking into consideration the regions’ diversity and priorities
- Help at World-wide level the commercial teams on the execution of the regional marketing based on a strong knowledge of DiaSorin’s product line and competitors portfolio
- Develop and update key marketing messages to support the Product Line’s competitive advantages and provide attack’s pack against main competitors
- Communicate knowledge of product information to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare all the materials relative to marketing programs for product lines of responsibility
- Organize and implement training sessions to ensure the sales force is adequately trained
- Assist in managing the relationships with KOLs and key decision makers, institutions
Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility
Minimum of 5 years job experience as Country Product Manager, Country Business development manager, Product development lead, or Sales Manager for an In Vitro Diagnostic company.
- Ability to monitor and analyse product line performance
- Ability to develop product design specification
- Ability to develop a marketing program
- Good Knowledge on diagnostic market and customers
- Deep Scientific Knowledge on products relevant to the line assigned
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Problem solving ability to allow diagnosis of problems resolve key issues and follow through to resolution
