Job Scope
The Corporate Market Access Manager will be responsible for: ·
- Leading Market Access strategies to expand market of DiaSorin products
- Developing and maintaining relationships with insurers to adequate reimbursement
- Identifying key strategies to increase prescription via work with Medical Associations, inclusion in Clinical Guidelines and Clinician Education
- Developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs
Main Responsibilities
- Elaborate and implement Corporate Market Access strategies for the Value-Based Care initiatives in maximizing and exploiting DiaSorin product and solution value
- Define and execute the Market Development strategy by pro-actively identifying and effectively communicating market access opportunities and priorities
- Establish productive relationships with health economic opinions leaders and reimbursement agencies.
- Conduct peer to peer scientific discussions and data review with potential customers and regional thought leaders to provide scientific support of Market Access and Reimbursement initiatives
- Serve as the global market development liaison with KOLs, customers, appropriate external scientific/professional groups and governmental agencies
- Be directly responsible for driving external research studies, protocol development and scientific publications
- Have a strong understanding of clinical data across DiaSorin’s diagnostic products
- Partner with Marketing to ideate and manage technical seminars/conferences/workshops using both internal and external speakers.
Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility
The required skills, knowledge and abilities are typically acquired through a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Market Access space in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, or diagnostic manufacturing industries
Experience in marketing or sales is desirable
- Reimbursement/market access management experience including a track record of driving strategic initiatives experience with healthcare organisation (Devices, Pharma, or Diagnostics)
- Experience in working with Health Economic and system costs models
- Experience of working with KOLs, thought leaders, medical societies, lobbying organizations, payers, and HTA organisations
- A strong experience in governmental affairs is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in working in a cross functional team environment with strong interpersonal skills to nfluence others toward business results.
- Strong project management, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders through matrix leadership
- Understanding of business requirements
- Team player attitude
- High level of autonomy
