Job Scope

Your Mission

Ensuring that DiaSorin Group companies act in compliance with legal requirements and regulations as well as internal policies, with the purpose of safeguarding the business and robust a culture of compliance within DiaSorin Group companies. Responsible to monitor compliance with laws and regulations by reporting to all functions involved providing legal documentation support and advise as well as education and trainings.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

Ensure the implementation and maintenance of all intercompany ordinary and extraordinary agreements providing legal advise, legal documentations and management. In particular with reference to banking/treasury and services recharges corporate program (such as cash pooling, netting, management fees and cost sharing etc…).
Assist and take an active part in the management of the legal aspects of intercompany extraordinary project including companies’ structure reorganizations, assignment of assets and shares, reorganization of distribution nets and any related ancillary documents. Manage this project by coordinating with other corporate and/or local functions as well as by liaising with external consultant defining their relevant engagement fees.
Ensure the DiaSorin Group companies (ex USA and Canada) operate in compliance with applicable laws, including also those specific for the IVD sectors, regulations and code of conducts as applicable from time to me.
Assist and take an active part in the development, implementation and management of DiaSorin Group companies Data Privacy Compliance Programs.

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

Master’s Degree

At least 5 years Post Qualification Experience in international business law firms or multinational companies.

Technical Competencies

Strong background in intercompany agreements & compliance.

Fluent spoken and written English and Italian.
