Bachelor’s Degree
You have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry related field

A great Complaint Analyst not only has amazing analytical skills but also can remain flexible as the needs of the business change. You will be energized by supporting our regulatory processes as needed as we work towards common goals.

Technical Competencies
  • College Degree with B.S. or B.A. preferred in Life Sciences or Chemistry related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the IVD / medical device/health industry
  • Experience in post-market activities and complaints.
  • Understanding of Complaint/Post-market process, Investigation and Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action Process
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment and workload
  • Ability to be part of a team that works well together
  • Ability to spend long periods sitting or standing
