Job Scope

Your Mission

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by processing and following up customer orders, complaints and questions about DiaSorin products and devices, especially with regard to logistic processes

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

• support the finance department, providing back office solutions to the Italian commercial division and ensuring the satisfaction and productivity of our customers
• guarantee of price check and free of charge product flow cooperating with the sales department and tender office
• Manage private orders in cooperation with the logistic department
• Track, analyse and invoice “price per reportable” sales in dedicated customers
• Collaborate in order processing, Creation of credits / debits notes and service orders in SAP as well as back order management
• Further/other tasks that are reasonable within the scope of the qualification

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
Experience

2-3 years minimum

Technical Competencies
  • Professional experience in sales, sales support and supply chain management as a plus
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Experience in an international working environment

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering or trained industrial clerks
