For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

DiaSorin Molecular, LLC is headquartered in Cypress, Ca. Our technology enables diagnosis of disease by detecting specific RNA and DNA sequences. We focus on design, development and cGMP Manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

The Automation Technician is responsible for the working condition of various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic operated automated equipment. Responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing equipment downtime. This position includes the troubleshooting and repair of equipment that has already been released to production. Supports all applicable regulations including but not limited to FDA, ISO, and CMD/CAS requirements.

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility

High School Certificate
AA or Technical Trade Degree with 1-2 years of work experience
  • High school diploma with 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • AA or Technical Trade Degree with 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language. Ability to understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
  • Ability to use trade mathematics together with use of complex drawings, specifications and charts.
  • Ability to use all varieties of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to visually identify defective parts.
  • Ability to hear machine operations sounds to detect defective parts, machine failures, and changes in speed and other routine running conditions.
