Reaction and Transport Technology
LIAISON® works rapidly and reliably: first samples and reagents are pipetted into the reaction module. The first module is then pushed into the incubator. While the module is being incubated at a constant temperature of 37°C, the next module is already being filled. After 10 minutes, the first module proceeds into the wash station. Here the bound/free separation takes place. Sensors monitor that modules are not overfilled. While a two step-assay is being pushed back into the incubator, the one-step assay is directly advanced into the measuring chamber. After the addition of starter reagents, the light signal is measured. The result can immediately be called up on your monitor screen.
Management of dispense, incubation, wash, read: done with “reaction module”.
