Job Scope

Your Mission

The candidate will be directly responsible for the industrial controlling tasks over Dietzenbach production Site, actively supporting his leader.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions
  • Perform monthly Work Order settlement variances calculation and inventory reporting using FIFO method;
  • Analysis and report on industrial variances up to the gross margin including Works Order Production Variances, Purchase Price Variances, Absorption Variances etc.;
  • Proactive work with Manufacturing and Supply Chain dept. to promote the constant improvement of Bill of Materials and Routings in order to obtain accurate standards year after year
  • Critically analyze and report all inventory movements and provisions, including spoilage and obsolescence. Proactively interact with Manufacturing Dept. in order to understand and reduce further inefficiencies. Oversight on the stock taking processes
  • Analyze and report on industrial investments; coordinate regular CAPEX reviews with the Operations teams
  • Analyze and report on Industrial Operating Expenses;
  • Actively support the accounting team in the month-end reporting process to meet deadlines
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies, risks and opportunities
  • Heavy involvement in the annual budget process; perform the annual revision of Standard Costs

3+ years professional experience with background in Management Accounting and Manufacturing

Technical Competencies
  • Product costing processes, including variances analysis and related assessment;
  • Experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
  • Knowledge of IAS/IFRS
